Welcome to CONCEPT/STUDIO.
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products through the CONCEPT/STUDIO online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

CONCEPT/STUDIO is a trading brand operated by an individual entrepreneur and is not a separate legal entity.
The seller is currently not registered as a VAT payer (non-VAT payer).
2. Products
CONCEPT/STUDIO offers fashion, clothing, accessories and related lifestyle products through its online store.
We aim to display all products, descriptions, colours, sizes and prices as accurately as possible.
Please note that:

Product measurements may have minor manufacturing tolerances.

Product images are illustrative unless otherwise stated.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices and availability. Such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Customers can place orders through the online store by selecting products, choosing available options and completing the checkout process.
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
After submitting an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

Suspected fraudulent activity.

Technical errors affecting the order.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated in the online store.
The seller is not registered as a VAT payer. VAT is therefore not charged separately by the seller, subject to applicable tax legislation.
Shipping costs and any additional charges are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is submitted.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
CONCEPT/STUDIO currently offers delivery to supported destinations within the European Union (EU).
Available delivery destinations, shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe communicated on the website or during checkout.
Unless otherwise agreed, products will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the purchase contract has been concluded.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, public holidays or exceptional logistical situations.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer when the customer or a person designated by the customer (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the products.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, we recommend documenting the damage and contacting us at studio@concept-studio.eu.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
At CONCEPT/STUDIO, we offer a 30-day return period.
Customers may return eligible products within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.
6.1 How to Return an Order

We will provide the necessary return instructions and return address.
Products must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return them.
6.2 Product Condition
For returns under our voluntary extended 30-day return policy, products must be:

Unworn and unused.

In their original condition.
-
Complete, including original tags and accessories.

Free from damage caused by use beyond reasonable inspection.
The customer may inspect products to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where a product has been handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we reserve the right to claim compensation for any resulting reduction in its value, as permitted by applicable law.
6.3 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Our 30-day return policy extends this period by an additional 16 days.
Nothing in our voluntary return policy limits or excludes the statutory rights of consumers.
6.4 Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
For statutory withdrawals, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, as required by law.
For voluntary returns made after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the original delivery charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadlines.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning products unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
6.5 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the statutory exception applies.
Choosing a standard size, colour or other standard product option does not by itself make a product personalised.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must comply with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Unless otherwise agreed, an exchange is handled as a return followed by a new order.
8. Complaints and Defective Products
We are responsible for ensuring that products comply with the purchase contract and applicable legal requirements.
If a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the agreed specifications, customers have the right to submit a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Depending on the nature of the defect and applicable law, customers may be entitled to:

An appropriate price reduction.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract and a refund.

Consumer complaints will be handled within the applicable statutory time limit, generally no later than 30 days from the date of submission, unless a longer period is agreed.
The statutory rights of consumers regarding defective goods remain unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.
9. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the washing, care and maintenance instructions provided with the products.
Damage caused by improper washing, incorrect maintenance, misuse or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
10. Intellectual Property
All content available on the CONCEPT/STUDIO online store, including photographs, graphics, designs, logos, product descriptions, text and other visual materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
11. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal information is used for purposes including:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or statutory liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Alternative Dispute Resolution
If a consumer dispute arises that cannot be resolved directly between the customer and CONCEPT/STUDIO, the consumer may contact the competent alternative dispute resolution authority.

Consumers may use the applicable alternative dispute resolution procedure in accordance with Czech and EU legislation.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Consumer rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation of the country of the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected where applicable.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect at the time the purchase contract is concluded, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
The latest version will always be published on the CONCEPT/STUDIO online store.
